The student council, staff and parents work together to help with weekly tuckshop. Each fortnight, students have the option of buying a “Meal Deal” that has a selection of fruit juice, a main meal and a dessert. This is very popular with our students and helps the student council raise funds for projects that they want to contribute towards. On the alternative week, there is a milk drink and dessert deal.
Parent volunteers are rostered on to bake or to prepare a meal on site. Any profit from tuckshop goes to student council. During student council meetings, students vote on how they would like to spend the funds.
This year, student council are raising money to go towards a school camp, as well as some new furniture for the classroom.
